Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking Dishwashers to join our team! Flexible hours and days are available; just ask and we are happy to discuss with you! After school, around other sport or extra curricular activities and/or responsibilites are possible: days, afternoons, evenings. Join a team who has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring residents. Typical shift 330pm-8pm

Responsibilities:
Responsible for following established procedures to ensure the sanitary maintenance of dish room and entire food service area. Set up, operate and clean the dish machines. Clean and sanitize dishware, pots and pans and equipment as directed. Sweeps and mops floors, removes trash from all food service areas. Conveys dishware and food items to and from main kitchen area. Assists in storage of received goods. Maintains proper amount of dishware, silverware and glassware in all service areas. Acts in the receiving and storage of goods; performs other duties as directed. Assumes responsibility for self-safety and that of immediate work environment. Attending annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures. Adheres to all Policies and Procedures and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and techniques, sanitizing agents and equipment. Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices. Ability to operate dish machine and other equipment as directed. Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. and stand for the duration of a shift.
