Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed. Ensure that all washed items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including cleaning sinks, countertops, and floors. Assist with kitchen prep tasks and other duties as assigned by kitchen management. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
