• We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep person to join our team.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prep items like vegetables and garnishes per recipe
• Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food preparation
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and grinders
• Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen

• Experience:

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher in a restaurant or similar setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
