Dishwasher Little Mill Country Club 104 Bortons Road, Marlton, NJ 08053 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. This dual role is essential for maintaining the high standards of food preparation and cleanliness that our guests expect. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services and catering events as needed. Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Provide support during busy service periods by assisting with food service tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean workspace. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
