Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including washing vegetables and organizing ingredients. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in dining areas to support front-of-house staff. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Adhere to health and safety regulations regarding food service and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for hospitality and helping others within the culinary field is highly valued.
