As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishware and kitchen equipment. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry, particularly those with experience in hotel, banquet, restaurant, or catering environments. Your contributions will help ensure that our culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans following health and safety standards. Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and assist in keeping the kitchen organized. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required. Support bussing efforts by clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment such as restaurants, hotels, or catering services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service within the culinary team.
