Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash as needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and kitchen supplies effectively. Skills Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while providing excellent hospitality service. Good communication skills to interact effectively with kitchen staff and management.
