Dishwasher Mulconrys Irish Pub 17 Liftbridge Lane East, Fairport, NY 14450 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing high-quality meal preparation and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in dietary departments, catering, and food handling. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Assist in meal preparation and food service for various events and daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and quality service. Utilize culinary skills to assist in menu planning and food presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of dietary requirements and meal preparation techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.
