Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Skills Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness. Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
