Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment. Help with bussing tables by clearing dirty dishes and utensils from dining areas to ensure a tidy environment. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow and assist in other areas of the kitchen as required. Cleaning bathroom every hour and Help in taking out the trash as well Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
