The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans after use. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist others in the kitchen.
