The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to uphold our high standards of food safety and hygiene. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall guest experience. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping with banquet setups. Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service. Support the culinary team with various tasks in the kitchen as required. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Willingness to assist in various kitchen duties beyond dishwashing when needed. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
