Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff to support culinary operations. Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas when necessary. Participate in catering events or banquets as required, assisting with setup and cleanup. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
