Job Summary:
Full/part-time position available. High volume and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must possess excellent communication skills. Ability to work as an individual or as a team. Has knowledge of sanitation standards and basic full-service restaurant dishwashing practices. Excellent communication with managers and staff.
Main job duties include:
Overall BOH sanitation. Dish-pit sanitation and cleanliness. Assisting line cooks with clean dishes. Closing down the dish pit at night. We will be setting up interviews via text, please make sure that your phone number is correct.
