The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position involves washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while ensuring a sanitary environment for food preparation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food. We love to groom people and have them grow to higher positions in our team. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including basic food handling and preparation duties. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
