We’re looking to hire Line Cooks, Prep Cook, Dishwasher and delivery driver. We are a family owned restaurant and are looking for mature responsible individuals to join our growing family. We operate a very busy restaurant. We are looking for team players that can execute consistency while under pressure. You must have good work ethic, hard working, enthusiastic, and detail oriented! We require you to have at least 1 year experience for the position in which your applying for.

• Line Cooks A minimum of 1 years of Line Cook experience is required. Intimate working knowledge of culinary standards and kitchen operation is required. Thorough knowledge of kitchen standards are also required, have great attention to detail. Must be ready to work in a high volume kitchen. Food handlers a plus.

• Prep/cleaner Looking for responsible individual that has experience prepping , knowledge of measuring tools. Knowledge of how to cut different meats. Knowledge of cleaning . All of said requirements in a restaurant setting. Must have valid documents to work in the US.

This position is full time. You must have working documents to work in the US. Communication is key so the candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English . Basic English is fine. Must be able to lift 40-50lbs. Trust worthy, responsible and no drugs. Must be experienced with at least 1 year experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting. We wash dishes by hand as well as machine wash. Duties are but not limited to washing pots and pans , ovens, grill, cleaning restroom. Garbage disposal on wed, fri, sundays

• Dishwasher.
