Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Support banquet services by assisting with setup, serving, and bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management. Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
