Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Assist in food preparation tasks as required, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods. Ensure all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak service times. Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing services. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic food handling procedures is an asset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
