Kitchen Porter Shift Information:

Monday-Friday and Weekends, 6am-12pm

• Flexibility is a plus. Hours change as the season goes on. Peak season, we are open earlier and close later.. Open to doubles or split shifts

Porter Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Remove trash.
• Sweep or scrub floors as needed.
• Assist in food prep and plate-up as needed.
• Assist with front of house light cleaning duties as needed.
• Assist with deliveries and verifying information on the invoice
• Put deliveries away using FIFO methodology
