Saturday Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, operating the dishwasher, assisting the chef with basic tasks, and ensuring the dining area is cleared at the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure all dishware and kitchen items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and free of trash and debris. Assist the chef with minor food prep tasks and kitchen duties as needed. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe down surfaces, and take out garbage. At the end of each shift, check the dining area and remove any leftover dishes, trash, or items. Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to take direction and help wherever needed in the kitchen.
