Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment for food preparation. Duties Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly after use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are organized properly. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Participate in regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with culinary practices or hospitality settings is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. A positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed in a dynamic kitchen environment.
