Dishwasher (with Prep Cook Opportunity) We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team player to join the back-of-house crew at Tap814. This position starts as a dishwasher but can grow into prep cook responsibilities based on experience and interest.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the dish station clean and organized
• Operate commercial dishwasher and clean pots/pans by hand when needed
• Maintain sanitation standards and kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with food prep if desired and capable
• Support the kitchen team during service
• Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services as needed.
• Participate in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.

Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
