Sanitation/Dishwasher Peachtree Catering & Events 175 King Of Prussia Rd, Wayne, PA 19087 Overview Peachtree Catering and Events, is a catering and event production firm in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The sanitation/dishwasher must work with efficiency, professionalism, awareness & initiative. Peachtree caters to an expansive clientele at four exclusive venues as well as off-premise catering events. This position is responsible for performing cleaning, set up, and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage, and rotation of food and cleaning supplies. Responsibilities Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwasher, three-bay sinks, laundry machine and dryer, fryer, ovens, grills and other culinary equipment Wash and disinfect the kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas Sort, soak, spray and wash silverware, smallwares, china, glassware, cookware Empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area Sweep and mop Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin Positive attitude Qualifications Able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to work effectively under time constraints Able to stand on your feet for extended periods Able to maintain a clean and organized work area ====== Who we are – Stone Soup, Inc., is dedicated to setting new standards in service, cuisine, and employment experience.
