75 per hour Be the Backbone of Our Culinary Team at the Bayfront Convention Center Behind every incredible meal served at the Bayfront Convention Center is a dedicated kitchen team—and our Stewards/Dishwashers play a vital role in keeping it all running smoothly. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and like to keep things clean and organized, this behind-the-scenes opportunity is for you. This is a great entry-level role in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. We’ll provide the training—you bring the energy and work ethic. What You’ll Do As a Steward/Dishwasher, you’ll support kitchen and concessions operations by keeping things clean, stocked, and running smoothly: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and trays used in concessions and culinary operations Ensure all items coming from the dishwasher are spotless and properly stored Maintain safe, clean floors and workspaces throughout the kitchen and storage areas Deep clean floors in storage rooms, employee restrooms, walk-in coolers/freezers, and more as needed Restock shelves with paper goods and assist with organizing deliveries Follow sanitation procedures and complete cleaning projects assigned by the Chef Support the kitchen team with food and supply storage tasks Adhere to all Bayfront Convention Center policies and procedures Work collaboratively with chefs, coworkers, and event teams to ensure a top-quality operation What We’re Looking For Must be self-motivated , a team player , and comfortable multitasking Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and safely use cleaning chemicals (training provided) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment No experience necessary—we’ll train the right person!
