A background in restaurant or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Duties Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and sanitation standards. Support culinary staff during peak hours by keeping the dish area stocked with clean items. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is preferred.
