Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper sanitation standards are met. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and cooks during peak hours. Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas. Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas tidy throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times. Follow all food handling safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
