To prepare and maintain the highest level quality of food and sanitation.
Position Reports To:
Owner, Kitchen Manager Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Follow cleaning schedule for kitchen and storage areas.
Working Guidelines:
Direct contact with all owners, managers, and employees. Act professionally and can be flexible in a changing environment. Excellent attendance is required with schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
