Melfi’s has already been voted Best Pizza in Charleston by Eater after only 3months of service. We are open from Mon-Thursday 5pm-10pm, and Friday -Sunday from 12pm-10pm, serving a menu of seasonal Italian food, fresh pasta, a variety of small plates, and our Roman style thin-crust pizza.

We are looking for a dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, take direction well, and will be able to execute multiple tasks at once while paying close attention to quality. While previous experience is not required, it is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, responsible, hard working, respectful, and enjoys working in a professional environment. We are a growing group with four restaurants and a variety of different opportunities within them. We want someone looking to begin or continue their career, and to work with a proven team.
