Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Assist with bussing tables and helping kitchen staff as needed during peak hours. Help with food preparation tasks as directed by cooks or chefs to support the kitchen operations. Ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is a plus.
