Part-time Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness and works efficiently under pressure to ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and meets high sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dish machines and/or by hand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station, kitchen, and equipment. Ensure all kitchenware is clean, dry, and properly stored. Take out trash and recycling; clean garbage cans and dish area regularly. Assist in kitchen prep or cleaning tasks as needed. Monitor dishwashing supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisor. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals. Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
