We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salad Prep/Utility to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients and assembling salads in a fast-paced food service environment. The Shifts will vary, It is either 10:30-2pm Salad Prep, taking a break then washing Dishes from 3pm-7p. Or Dishwashing only from 3pm-7pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday the Shift is 8am-3pm.

DISH TEAM
In a fun, and spirited commercial kitchen setting, you will perform duties on a busy Dish Line ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions are implemented. Must also be willing to roll up the sleeves and pitch in where needed including assisting in kitchen prep, dry stock and sanitation.
This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity with plenty of room for growth for individuals with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Must bring a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment
