• We are seeking a skilled Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
• Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist in the development of new menu items
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
