Key Objective:

To ensure optimal restaurant operations through washing dishes and cleaning kitchen areas. Work at fast pace to keep kitchen environment organized and clean Wash, rinse, and sanitize all restaurant dishes as needed Ensure equipment and utensils are well maintained and ready for use when needed Perform daily and weekly cleaning assignments Occasionally assist with routine inventory management Applicants must be able to: Smile Work Quickly and Efficiently Ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively with team members Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines Able to work on feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary Most shifts will be 11AM-7PM, so open availability is preferred. REQUIREMENTS

Must be detail oriented Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
