Dishwasher Supper club on belcourt 2000 Belcourt Avenue, Nashville, TN 37212 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations in a restaurant or catering setting. Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate methods and tools. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are returned to their designated locations. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and supporting kitchen staff during peak hours. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management as required. Participate in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
