Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure that all dishes are sanitized and ready for use by kitchen and front-of-house staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, ensuring it is stocked with clean supplies. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen including trash removal and cleaning kitchen floors. Follow all health and safety standards and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated.
Qualifications:
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot, sometimes noisy environment.
