Position Overview As a dish washer, you will be an ambassador of Greenery Co.s beliefs. You will be a key part of the guest experience through providing a safe and clean restaurant environment. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You will be responsible for keeping the dish station organized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Your pace is critical to the efficiency of the restaurant operations, so a strong work ethic is key to success. You will report to the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities Operate dishwasher Look out for and report repair needs Wash glassware and prep equipment by hand when necessary Empty and clean trash and recycling bins Assist kitchen staff as needed Requirements/Desired Traits Ability to work quickly Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail A team player with a positive proactive attitude Quick and adaptable learner Excellent and collaborative communication skills Greenery Co.
