Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Banquet Hall Dishwashe r to support our kitchen and event operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas are clean, sanitized, and organized. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, works well under pressure, and contributes to a smooth-running banquet service.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dish machines or by hand as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen areas Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and cleanliness standards Sort and properly store all clean items Remove trash and recyclables regularly and assist with kitchen cleaning tasks Assist kitchen staff with prep or other duties during downtime if needed Follow health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and food safety procedures Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly Support a clean and efficient operation before, during, and after banquet events

Previous dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
