The Dishwasher makes sure all cooking and serving equipment is clean and ready for use by the rest of the staff. Use dish machine and 3-compartment sink to wash and sanitize all dishes Prioritize between floor and kitchen dishes to keep station caught up Stock clean dishes in appropriate places Maintain cleanliness of dish station throughout shift
REQUIREMENTS
Need to be able to prioritize among a variety of tasks Must be able to maintain a high pace throughout the shift Must be comfortable working on your feet for five-plus hours Be able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts.
