The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and food preparation areas. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a busy kitchen setting.
