This position is responsible for following all sanitary procedures and standards. You must comply with local, state, and federal regulatory measures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation. This person will be able to operate proper cleaning equipment and prioritize pot and dish washing to help with the rotation of needed materials. As a major part of this position you will perform janitorial duties in various dining service areas. You may also be scheduled Bake position which entails setting up the bake ovens, keeping baked potatoes and bread at acceptable pars and ensuring the product is 100%!
