Summary As a Kitchen Team Member at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to KPOT’s standards. Assist in food preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate timely service. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Support the team during busy periods by helping with various kitchen tasks. Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and cooking.
