Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils used within the establishment.

Duties:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all items are clean and sanitized
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed

Skills:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of proper sanitation regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in a kitchen environment
• Familiarity with food service operations
• Previous experience in banquet or catering settings
• Culinary background or interest
• Understanding of bussing procedures
