The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our kitchen and supporting areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations in a restaurant or catering setting. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning. Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to facilitate smooth service during busy periods. Support kitchen staff by helping with food preparation tasks as needed.
