Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using appropriate cleaning methods. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs of clients. Support kitchen staff in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or culinary roles preferred. Knowledge of kitchen operations, meal preparation techniques, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
