Position Overview:

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Duties include washing and storing pots and pans, keeping work areas clean, and assisting with general kitchen support.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and neatly store pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Clean kettles and workstations at the beginning of each shift Maintain clean floors and trash areas throughout shift Keep counters organized and wiped down Follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures Assist with receiving and organizing supplies Support kitchen team with cleanup tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with cleaning chemicals Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized Team-oriented attitude
