This position is essential to supporting our kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and culinary staff during peak hours. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service. Participate in regular cleaning duties, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and areas as required. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of basic culinary practices is a plus, including food preparation techniques.
