Full-Time | Part-Time | Seasonal PADL is looking for energetic and outdoor-loving team members to join our watersports crew! As a Recreation & Watersports Attendant, you’ll help guests have fun and stay safe while enjoying paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, and more. This role is hands-on, guest-facing, and perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and enjoys delivering awesome experiences. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Assist with launching and docking paddleboards, kayaks, and other equipment Help guests safely board and disembark Provide safety briefings and ensure all guests have life vests, whistles, and gear Transport and store equipment before and after use Help with equipment maintenance and minor repairs Keep the area clean, organized, and safe for all guests Guest Services Greet and check in guests with or without reservations Assist guests in selecting the right activity or gear (paddleboard, kayak, bike, etc.) Guide guests through the waiver and payment process Share important safety info and directions Support retail sales and merchandise restocking Deliver friendly, courteous, and efficient service What You Bring Great communication and customer service skills Previous experience in customer-facing roles like retail, food service, tourism, or attractions Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Ability to pass a drug test Willingness to work weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move for up to 8 hours Able to lift and carry 50 lbs over short distances Comfortable working outdoors in sun, wind, or warm conditions Able to visually inspect equipment and setup areas Our Culture at PADL Performance-Driven
