Weekend P/T Pool Attendant/Contractor Compliance Campbell Property Management – 3.6 Vero Beach, FL Job Details Part-time | Contract Up to $22 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description The Pool Attendant/Contractor Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the safe and orderly use of the pool facilities and ensuring that all contractors working on-site comply with community or organizational policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. This dual-role position plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, secure, and compliant environment for residents, guests, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pool Attendant Duties:

Monitor pool area to ensure resident and guest safety. Enforce pool rules and regulations courteously and effectively. Inspect pool and surrounding areas for cleanliness and hazards; report any maintenance issues. Maintain pool supplies (e.g., towels, signage) and assist with setup and breakdown of pool furniture. Provide friendly customer service to residents and guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including occupancy limits.

Contractor Compliance Duties:

Monitor contractor activity to ensure compliance with site-specific rules and safety procedures. Conduct spot checks and document any violations of policies or safety breaches. Coordinate with Property Manager to resolve contractor issues or non-compliance. Must be able to work holidays Part-Time Sat & Sun 10am-4pm

Pay Rate:

Up to $22 DOE
