Golf Pro Shop Attendant 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 2400 SW Golden Bear Way, Palm City, FL 34990 Hammock Creek Golf Club, a semi-private Jack Nicklaus Legacy Course located in beautiful Palm City, Florida, is looking for a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team.

Hours:

Part-time, flexible, must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Shop hours are from 6 am to 7:15 pm. The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment and have knowledge of the game of golf and using POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Key Responsibilites include:

Checking customers in for their tee times in a professional, friendly manner. Using the POS system to take payments and issue receipts. Making accurate tee times for customers in person and over the phone Maintaining pro shop cleanliness and ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed Monitor pace of play using GPS system Open and close the shop according to established procedures Communicate with other members of inside and outside staff to ensure a seamless customer experience Physical requirement: Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 20 pounds

Compensation:

Hourly rate $13 Complimentary golf for employees Discounted food and beverage during working hours Potential for profit sharing and commissions
