Responsibilities include:

Encourage, recruit, register, andschedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote afun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide information toguests about available recreation facilities and activities.

Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilityintended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observeactivity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately inaccordance with local operating procedure in the event of anemergency. Be aware of possible situations where guests are notable to safely participate in an activity and informsupervisor/manager. Clean and maintain recreational equipment andsupplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests’ service needs; assist individuals withdisabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak withothers using clear and professional language; answer telephonesusing appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others; support team to reach common goals.

Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities,facility rentals, or retail sales. Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop;move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
